I don't live in Montreal and I have piece of mind knowing everything was taken care of from finding the right tenant to taking care of the property without me being involved. I'm a student moving to Montreal to start school in September. I made an appointment with Agrasoy to view an apartment I was interested in on a Thursday. On the Tuesday before my viewing I got a text message from Harshil telling me that he was showing the apartment to potential tenants on Wednesday, inviting me to that showing instead of my planned Thursday one. I really appreciate his doing this as the apartment would surely have been taken by the time of my original viewing on Thursday. This isn't something Agrasoy needed to do—there were many other people viewing the apartment–but they were still kind of enough to help be on equal footing with everyone else. I did end up submitting an application and getting the apartment and Harshil was very helpful through every step of the process. As a first time renter on my own, I'm very happy to know I have a good, reputable property management company backing me in my rental. It makes me feel very secure. I would absolutely recommend Agrasoy Realty properties. Harshil especially was wonderful to deal with!

This is my first time renting an appartment. It's very nice and clean and the staff is really helpful; Stephanie helped me thorough the process and was patient with all my questions. highly recommended : ) EDIT: I was supposed to sign the lease on friday. I receive a text 40 minutes before my arrival telling me that there was a mistake and my application was denied. The reason they gave me was that they had called me a couple times and I never got back to them. I never received those calls, and my number was written correctly in my application form. After that, Stephanie had mentioned that I didn't have credit, although that information and payment proof was clearly stated in the paperwork I provided. Not only that, but they also asked me to give a $200 deposit to "ensure" my place. After talking about this with friends and teachers, they confirmed that this was an illegal procedure. I am aware it is hard to get an appartment here in Montréal, and that maybe someone offered more money for the appartment, which is totally understandable. I do not mean to fight for this appartment. I just hope that the illegal $200 deposit is not a scam, because then I wouldn't have lost just time with this company.

-- EDITED -- To All, Dare you give a 1 star rating to them, you will be bombarded with Emails and Text Mesaage's containing THREATS and pressurize you to deleted the review within a certain time limit (Tomorrow morning in my case). You will receive a lot of emails and continuous stream of messages. They simply do not understand that reviews are just a feedback of the experience you had with the service provided which depends on each individual's perception. The reason why i gave a 1 star review was that, i did not had a good experience with them. As i wanted to get a lease transfer to my name, Katherine stated to deposit a screening fees while Emre asked for a lease transfer fees. when i brought this to their attention, Emre responded that the Katherine does not deal with lease transfer. So my question to them is that why did Katherine responded to me on email with false information when she does not deal with lease transfer. how will i know that who is providing me with correct information? Also, the main manager will never pick your call (as stated in another review too). Lastly, i would mention that my current landlord provided a bad reference for me because i have an ongoing conflict with them regarding some services. For which my application to rent an condo from Agrasoy was rejected in a very unprofessional way. Later when i gave a 1 star review to them based on their unprofessional service, they name it as me being frustrated on my application being rejected. and later send me so many emails and text messages to threaten and influence me(I do have all the proofs). Now very diplomatically he is blaming me to be frustrated, nice work!! Be careful while dealing with them!!

I consulted Agrasoy Realty during a stressful period when I had to move across the country. I had a lease that had to be handed over to another leasee, and given how quickly I had to move I was very worried about not being able to find someone. However, Agrasoy was super responsive to my questions (even during the weekend!! Every minute counted given how little time I had) and helped quote me what services they can provide to help me out. It was a breath of relief learning I’d have a plan B, and their response time and answers made me know I would’ve been in safe hands. In the end, I managed to terminate my lease so I didn’t end up using their services. But they are true professionals and I’d highly recommend you reach out to them for how they might be able to help.
