Claire contacted me all throughout the weeks while the real estate businesses had to close due to covid-19 to keep me updated on when we could put our house on the market. Once they were allowed to reopen she came to meet us and reassured us with the covid protocol for visits and explained the real estate market at the moment. We were confident and listed our house with her. Claire would advise us in a timely manner of visits. We received a lot of interest and feedback but we stayed the course and sold in 8 days. The following weekend, we visited 3 homes and decided to make an offer for one of them. Benoit explained how to formulate the offer, what to include / exclude to make it more appetizing for sellers. He prepared a beautiful cover page with our photos and our story and the next day ... our offer was accepted! In the following weeks, Benoit updated online what to do, be it sellers, inspectors, estimate, etc. All we had to do to find out where the situation was was to click on a browser link. Because of that, everything went bim-boom-bam and we closed the sale in 15 days, with a lender. If you want an honest person, who has compassion and integrity as a broker, call Benoit. Il a préparé une belle page de couverture avec nos photos et notre histoire et le lendemain... notre offre a été acceptée! Les semaines suivantes, Benoit a mis à jour en ligne ce qu’il fallait faire que ce soit nous, les vendeurs, les inspecteurs, estimation, etc.. Tout ce que nous avions à faire pour savoir où en était la situation était de cliquer sur un lien de navigateur. À cause de cela, tout est allé bim-boom-BAM et nous avons conclu la vente en 15 jours, avec un prêteur.
