Catherine was of immense help! Super responsive, always replied to emails, texts and calls promptly and with a smile! We were first time buyers with lots of questions, and while she had a really good understanding of the local market and how they were not that aligned with our very specific needs, she properly advised us and managed to find for us our “ new home”. Every time we viewed a house, she walked with us giving the house a methodical inspection, looking for signs of any possible issue with the construction, finish and even appliances.
