Inexpensive apartment building with good and honest management for the 3 years I was there.

I’ve lived there a little over a year, but not in the pine tree building but b&b. Very unclean!!! The only thing that they clean is the carpet, floors and stairs. Since I’ve moved in the windows on the stairwells and down by the doors are absolutely disgusting. The window ledges by the doors have drug residue that hasn’t been cleaned in months. The walls are stained and the stairwell railings on both sides of the building are sticky and gross. The main hallway doors have food, drinks and all up the side of the door. There are young guys that come back and fourth selling drugs in the basement. Not a great family building!!
