I have relayed this story to so many people that I should be good at it by now. Living in Ontario - deciding to move to New Brunswick very luckily crossed paths with Cynthia and Pierre. I showed Cynthia 5 or 6 houses that were currently interesting me. After telling Cynthia a bit about myself and my likes/needs she discarded all my selections but one. Because of Covid, I could not come to the province to see the house for myself so they had to go over and above their normal responsibilities to make me fell comfortable with going ahead with the purchase. I put an offer in - it was accepted - then house inspection was completed and the house was mine. I was still 50 days away from seeing it for the first time and moving in (which of course was the same day). I could not be happier with the purchase - it has far exceeded every expectation. I could not have expected more effort from the Dynamic Duo (it is an apt description).
