My husband and I contacted Paula when the tenant who was renting our one bedroom condo moved out. We were trying to decide if we ought to sell and really needed some professional guidance about the local real estate market as we no longer live in Yellowknife. Paula's expertise, reliability, and work ethic made her a dream to work with. We felt that our condo needed furniture removal, cleaning, repairs and upgrades. These services were difficult to arrange from a distance and also costly, but Paula made great recommendations on where to find people to hire and advised us on what was necessary and what we could spare to save ourselves time and money. She went above and beyond to keep us informed of progress once we received and accepted an offer. (I gave birth to my second child days before the offer was made and accepted so I was not always easy to reach nor prompt in my correspondence.) The condo sold within a short time frame for a very reasonable price with minimal effort on our part and we had piece of mind throughout the entire process. If I ever needed to buy or sell another property in Yellowknife she would absolutely be my first call. Thank-you Paula!
