I cannot overstate the value of having Team Shoppach with O'Neal Realty on my side when faced with a somewhat last-minute cross-country military move. None of what was accomplished could have been done without the help of our realtors. They took all the pressure off of our family and made this move seamless for us… and I will always be grateful. When I contacted Farrah, we had around a month and a half to sell our current home in FS and be moved into a new one in the DC area (one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country) by the time my husband started his new job there. I half expected this undertaking to illicit some kind of overwhelmed response from Farrah, but to my delight, she confidently welcomed the challenge. Not only did Farrah assure me that they would do everything in their ability to sell my home as fast as possible (and that she and Steven had a pretty stellar record of doing so), but she also informed me that she is a member of a nationwide network of realtors and that she could connect me with an equally reputable realtor on the DC side who (because of the referral) would make us a priority. This all sounded great, but to be honest, I didn’t actually expect it to happen. But it did!!! The listing for our house looked amazing and professional. Farrah and Steven used their networking and marketing capabilities (they’re extremely well-connected!) to give our listing maximum exposure, and had our house under contract in 11 days!! This allowed me to tackle the next obstacle which was to go to DC and find a new home. The realtor that Farrah connected me with was nothing less than exceptional!!! She picked me up from my hotel every day for 5 days and drove me all around northern Virginia until we found a home we loved. Our offer on the new home had to include a contingency based on the close of our AR home. But in a real estate market like the one in DC where multiple offers pour in on desirable homes as soon as they are listed, an offer that includes a contingency like that, is usually refused by the seller. But Farrah contacted the seller’s realtor and assured them of our buyer’s qualifications and fitness for the sale of the AR home, along with ours for the purchase of the DC home. Farrah also kept them updated with the progress of the sale of the AR home and managed to close on it 6 days early, which they were very pleased about! I would later find out from our agent in DC that our offer on the DC home would not have been accepted by the seller had it not been for Farrah’s input and involvement. I never would have expected for my selling agent to be so helpful on the buying side when they weren’t even an agent in the transaction. Talk about going ABOVE and BEYOND!!! We were so fortunate to have Team Shoppach on our side and will be forever grateful for all their work on our behalf!!

We had a house listed in the Ft. Smith Market for 7 months, with no traction, reduced the price, did everything we were told to do with no luck. We had really come to a place where we were not even sure we wanted to sell the house, maybe renting it out would be easier.
