I received my initial training from Weichert in North West Arkansas and ended up in the Sebastian County area and met Michael Prall and asked him if I could transfer my license to Fort Smith. I am a first time home buyer. I contacted an old friend of mine when I first started looking. I was inquiring about an Auction home. Boy, was I in for some information there! Michael and his team are so very informative. They even were able to get me inside to take a look and really lay out how things would work. Needless to say, I walked away from the auction home. (Needed more repairs then I was able to afford and I prefer something “move in” ready). So the journey began! We looked at a wide number of properties. All wonderful but lacking that “something”. And then the phone call came. “We found the perfect place!” I was ecstatic! They had found everything I wanted. The reassurance his team and he gave me is beyond words. Michael also put me through to an amazing mortgage team at the bank.
