I left their unit in immaculate condition, had a signed statement from their associate saying the unit was in good condition, yet I still had to sue to have my security deposit returned. Had I been white, I probably would not have had to sue them, or maybe these are just typical greedy landlord tactics. Either way this is a true story and rent from them at your own risk.

Whether you’re a new buyer or an experienced one, Melina and Stephanie (Wilson Burton Team) are the right team for you. I had NO idea what I was doing when I started this process and that gave me a lot of anxiety. Stephanie and Melina were so patient with me, answered any question I ever had, always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time (if not immediately) and updated me almost daily with the progress of things. They have great relationships with lenders, home inspectors and other services you may need and can make excellent recommendations. They even handled making some appointments for me, which I’m sure isn’t part of their job description, but just shows their professionalism and work ethic. One of the things I loved the most about working with this team is that they never made me feel like I was bothering them, no matter what I asked. I always felt welcome to call or text when I had questions or concerns. When we started this process, Melina and Stephanie were my realtors. Today, they are my friends.
