I’ve been using Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate for 6 years now to manage my rental. They have found me good renters and update me on any situations that come up. I am very happy to not have to deal with collecting rent and finding plumbers and electricians. I would(and have) recommended them to anyone needing a property manager.

Professional, great communication and was pleased with their Covid protocols before viewings. Had travelled from 4 hours to view a few units and Better Homes was such a nice change from the previous nightmare of a day trying to deal with Grassroots(no protocols, unprofessional, not even a 'Hello' when arriving to viewings. I moved to Calgary last year, and Jackie has been managing my house ever since. She did a great job to find the best tenants for me, keep me posted on anything that came up and try her best to keep the house in good shape. When i decided to sell, Jackie became my realtor.
