Made an agreement with the building manager to move out a month before my contract was up. Building manager didn't relay that agreement to head office before quitting, and I ended up having to pay for a few months that someone else was fradulently living there under my name(whom I didn't know and had no idea). Head office refused to follow up with the former building manager.
