Like most Winners this location is a chaotic mess. Stock is strewn all over the shelves and otber displays. It's obvious that they don't care how the store looks. I guess a lot of people don't care as long as they think they are saving a bit of money. I can't really recommend Winners for anything and i keep wondering why I go back.

Store can be a bit of a mess between restocking. Employees are friendly and helpful, the styles they bring in are up to date. And their make up selection is absolutely to die for. I go here to get a deal.

My husband is 6' and medium build, he couldn't find a shirt that would fit him here. I found cloths and so did our son(1yr old). We would go more often if they carried a bigger and longer sizes.

Most staff at this location are super nice and knowledgable about what they have available????, but selection is lacking and size of the store needs to be bigger for more selection including the dress shoe and quality name brand running shoe section that at this location is always presents disappointment when our family shops there. The Mens and ladies dress clothing section, casual fashions, & sport wear sections ALL need more clothing size options for both lean & big tall people options (clothing for people over 5'10", also plus sizes and business wear for both men & women in this location is always lacking for tall or plus size people & what they do get in goes super fast for those sizes as there are many tall & plus size people in this region - corporate needs to listen to customer & staff feedback more for our family, friends, & colleagues to shop there more.

The mens section is extremely lacking in this store it's pretty sad I love this store everywhere else but in fsj it's very underwhelming, mostly sweat pants and gym clothes. Very small selection for taller bigger men.

I like winners in general. Pretty cool decorations and sometimes great deals. However, if you buy something make sure your item is not damaged especially if it's an sale item. I bought a very simple shirt not long ago which was on sale (but still $20), and when I got home I realized it had a hole on the side:/. Like come on if the item is damaged at least leave a note on the item so the customer can decide if they want it or not, lower the price to what it's worth!, or don't sell it at all!! My bad, next time I will check everything out before I buy something. That being said I have seen a lot of damaged items in that store.

the ladies (both with glasses on) are here to work or just to gossip around! unprofessional, bad customer service. the two ladies one as I remember is allison and not sure other , very rude and pass comments on the customers, we with my family overheard them talking. and when we pointed about the same. they just brushed off with giggles. these folks need training on customer service, or just quit the job if you don't like. you clearly aren't doing much anyway. very unprofessional behaviour.
