I would shoot myself in the foot before renting with this company again. They are poorly managed and clearly do not know what the hell there doing, there apartments are cheaply made, and they will eagerly try to steal every penny in your name if they can, getting your money back is also like pulling teeth. Would have given zero stars if i could have.

Legitimately the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Disorganized, inflexible, rude, terrible at communicating, provide contradictory information and are completely unapologetic...issues with direct debit...poorly finished units...elevator has been down for several days every month I have lived there...takes ages (sometimes weeks) to get anything done and you have to hound them. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

This is the worst rental company. NEVER RENT FROM THEM . They are poorly managed, uneducated and difficult to deal with. They don’t give you notice on changes or any updates that might be important to you and your bank account. And getting YOUR money back that they aren’t suppose to take it like pulling teeth. This is a very bad business, attitudes of the management, disrespect that one experiences during initial interaction and signing of papers, not to mention multiple maintenance issues and insecurity of the property itself. But the negative attitude of the main representative is the biggest problem, the lady literally hates people.

Very very poor costumer service... I agree to k.k... i stayed at Marquis apartments as a guest and we had an emergency and the lady was very rude and didnt help at all...she didnt even apologize for her behaviour or the situation.. I honestly dont know about the management...but the lady was really rude and impolite. Also we had a leak in our bathroom... my frnd went to the office almost everyday but nobody came to fix it.. Frankly i regert staying at marquis...

This company stole from me and my wife. They took monthly rent that was $250 higher than the lease. We had to call them several times to fix it and on several months. This company also changed our locks without notifying us and we had to wait outside our apartment for someone to come fix it. Run for the hills, its not a place to rent from.

I had to move to the FSJ area on short notice for about 3.5 months last fall. Shannon was very helpful and I was able to move in to Terrace Court (in Taylor) on a reasonably-priced 3-month lease within days of contacting her. The building was dated and common areas were poorly maintained, but service was quick to respond to issues within my unit. They even upgraded my bathroom while I was there. Before the move-out inspection, I followed the (very thorough) cleaning instructions left in my door. Daniel and Somae conducted the inspection kindly and professionally, and my deposit was returned within a month. I would definitely rent from Northview again.

Worst company ever. They lie, they cheat, they steal. They will not take care of any issues you face in the building and when you leave you will be stuck with a bill for thousands of dollars and bullied into paying it or they will send you to collections within the week! If you like your credit in good standing and don't support con artists than I would recommend staying FAR AWAY!

No stars if that was an option. They are the worst. They steal from you, then proceed to tell you that its not they're fault but the bank's or YOUR fault. Ripped off not once but twice in the past 3 weeks????!!! Security needs to get involved they have a whole bunch of Thieves working for them! Sam lasco and Barb Lahey are the worst to deal with if you want to get a little lead way Julian or Jim are good ish.

Worst customer service you could possibly imagine. Refuse to work with tenants wanting to move into a bigger and obviously more expensive place. Refused to give damage deposit, even with a clean move out inspection. The only good thing about them was maintenance when issues came up, but they were third party. I'd highly suggest to anyone that was taken to collections by these thieves, fight it! Get them to take you to court!

Bin here a year now, still finding things the builders messed up and left for us. Obviously Sharon should have know this but she pushed us in and said yea all new so nothing to look at really. Plus they charged my account for rent after I had paid it two days earlier then won't pay nsf saying bank will. I don't even care about that but they only do the bare minimum. Crappy building crappy management I have few nice things to say for them. Nice to your face till your done signing up.and don't do direct deposit with them. Rent is way too high and unsustainable in this economy do yourself a favour and walk.

Horrible company, They make stuff up as they go to keep your damage deposit. Not to mention the completely rude attitude towards renters. They are nice until you have sighed the lease papers, then, your on your own. Not to mention the fact they refuse to do snow removal even though the rental terms say that it is their responsibility. Oh and don't forget that the maintenance guys they send either don't speak your language or seem like crack heads that disregard the "don't enter my house when im not home" maintenance option. Over all, I will NEVER rent from these people again, and recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible.

I find the staff at the office to be helpful, particularly Omotayo. I had to pay my rent 5 days late once and they didn't even charge me a late fee. They've been attentive to the issue I've had with constant noise from a neighbour's dog. I've seen a fair amount of drug activity in my building, including drug deals right outside the front door at 5 am on a Saturday morning but I'm not blaming the management for that. So far it's been a reasonably good experience.

This company tries to take advantage of people who do not know their rights under the RTA of BC. They have illegally entered our suite, tried to have us hand the keys over days before they can legally ask for them because the end of the month fell on a weekend (not my problem). They refused to do anything about our savage neighbours who frequently party until the time I get up for work and are constantly doing coke and inviting drug dealers into our building. They refused to fix things that were damaged in out unit (a cabinet door feel on one of my guests heads through no fault of their own (shoddy craftsmanship)). They refused to shovel the sidewalks until WEEKS after a huge snow fall. The elevator in our building is constantly broken. They stole money from us. The unit was not clean when we moved in, even though it was promised that it would be. Staff are rude and do not care about retention. People seem to be moving in or out every single weekend. If you want a good rental experience, avoid Northview at all costs.
