My experience with John selling my house was more then I could if ever asked for. He went above and beyond to help sell my house. I was in a situation where I needed to sell the house as soon as I could and it wasn’t it the best condition, and John knew that. With his construction experience and knowledge of the markets, he was able to make that happen. From coordinating the sub contractors to get in and out and from him actually putting in the work to make the house presentable. The noise sold in 1 week, way more then I could of ever expected. 10/10 experience with John, and I would recommend him to everyone.
