House insurance lady Carla do not know how to treat customers . She is really unprofessional and messed up my whole house insurance after knowing the whole scenario. Even the manager start defending her instead of listening me. I would never recommend anyone going there.

Poor people skills. I was standing at the reception and no one greeted or even bothered to ask how they can help me. This was my first time here to renew policy. It was not too busy either. There were two staff members who were working on their desk (no customer was there) but they ignored my presence. It seemed they were shrugging off from their job/duties. After waiting for a few minutes, I walked out. Their staff need more training else they will lose customers.

No one call you back after you sign the policy . They are so unprofessional (Home insurance) that they will not tell you hidden things how much insurance company will charge ...they are with companies not people who gave them business. They force me to pay $400 etc for home insurance in two months after that this that because like this like that ????just waiting to finish term after that big big BYE ???? ????

Didn't want to take the time to help me, gave me false information, they told me on 3 separate conversations that I needed specific documentation to add my daughter to my insurance. After she had to go to AB to get it done(or wait 10 days for them to email her) and paying $35 for the documentation, we find out it wasn't even needed. Seems to me the first person that helped me at HUB decided she didn't want the hassle of having to redo the paperwork, so sent us on a wild goose chase...
