I have dealt with Century 21 as an owner of 2 rental properties in Squamish for over 5 years and my experience with Danielle as property manager was first class. Very direct and straightforward with communication on all matters and kept me well posted with developments and appliance replacement/refurbishing options. Represented everything I was seeking in property manager especially when dealing with remote administration of two properties. Positive experience continued into selling phase of both properties, with both townhouses being successfully sold within few days of listing.

Called a few minutes after 9 am( their supposed starting time) but couldn't even speak to an operator.They don't seem very interested in communication with customers.

We had our condo listed with C21. We had our condo listed with them for 3 months and they showed it once. When we put it on Craigslist, we had 9 prospective tenants in less than a week. Not only didn't they show many prospects, but told us they doubted they could get our desired rent. Their agent was shifty, unprofessional and on a couple of occasions straight out lied to our face about the proceedings. Do not use this company as a tenant, landlord, listing or selling agent, and if you do good luck finding an attorney in town that will represent you against this company when the inevitable disaster occurs. They are all in bed with C21 and told us so. We ended up having to pay a hefty fee just to get out of our contract with them. I am only listing one star, as I can't post this if I don't. If no stars were available I would use that. Almost our entire experience with them was a horror show.

Tiffany sprinkles gave us the worst support finding a place We’ve ever seen. She just disappears “in vacation” without letting us know for 2 weeks. 6 days before the move in, she told us that we didn’t got the place so we have 6 days to find a place in Whistler. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I'm a landlord and had a tenant moving out that was placed by Elevate and they kept putting me off when I asked for the original walk-through paperwork. For weeks and weeks. I'm definitely not using them to place the next renter!
