I have worked with Kevin Pearson on both a professional level, within the Century 21 Energy Realty company, as well as on a personal level, when he helped me purchase my first house in Canada. He has always been honest with me and full of knowledge. His knowledge of the North Peace Region is vast and the history he can recall on properties in Fort St John is quite impressive. I used to call it his "Super Power". When I was working as a receptionist at Century 21 Energy Realty back in 2011, I used to ask him, "Hey Kevin, what do you know about (insert property address here)?" He would look at the picture and rattle on about details about the house. If you want a guy who knows Fort St John better than the back of his hand, he is the person you want to work with!

Firstly I was referred to Kevin in regards to one of his commercial buildings in need of improvements. I contracted my services to him which formed a continuation of contact. During the project he was very informative, easy to communicate with and very prompt on contract completion pay out. I then seen our dream property and low and behold Kevin was the listing agent. Very convenient as we are already familiar and formed a base of respect and trust. Kevin truly went out of his way to make this deal happen. I have an active mind and Kevin always has the ability to put that to ease as he is incredibly prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He never leaves you with the fine print to read between the lines... He will go out of his way to make your goal a reality, even in more instances than not that he has nothing to gain from other than just simply being fantastic.
