The whole apartments kitchen water backed out from my sink and they would do nothing to sanitize it. The lady Incharge said "It happens a lot". Lol wth?? Poor service. Ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism on the part of Wanda. Will not be using Action Property again. I did not deal with these issues when I lived on a property run by Sterling Management. Please please please heed my warning. Do not go through Action!!! This is not a joke!

Avoid at all costs! They will find any and all reason to not return your damage deposit despite cleaning the house top to bottom and doing all necessary repairs required by the residential tenancy act. We are homeowners and landlords ourselves and know very well what is expected of as tenants. Disgusting company. Tip: remove all light fixtures from the ceilings (they don’t care if you don’t have any electrical background!) to clean or you’ll be deducted $ for cleaning them.

If you are moving to the Fort St. John area, avoid this company at all costs. After giving them over 40 days of hand written notice on moving out they are now coming after me for an additional months rent, after keeping my damage deposit. My best advice is to keep every communication with them electronic and saved and backed up. This company is run by lairs and cheaters and is completely unprofessional. Terrible service and rude employees. STAY AWAY.

this action property is unfair and not very nice. they will charge for cost not related to your aprtment when u move out be very careful they will charge u for damage that is not yours and when itcomes time to return damage deposit they will keep most of it. say its for cleaning bill they hang up on the tenants and discriminate. a small mark they charge. a 1000 dollars . pleaese very bad renatl place. manda and candy the supervisor. are not nice if they dont get what they want from tenants . .we are going to the renatl board to take further action on this ft st john action renatl. stay tuned for further updates.

They will rent you a unit beside a “party house” with druggies coming in and out all night. After you complained a few times, and finally decided to move out, they’ll send a lawyer after you. The lawyer they employ, locates in Edmonton, and absolutely doesn’t know the BC rental law. To make long story short, they kept my pet and damage deposit. I wish I had more free time to go after this company.

We rented our place out via Action while we were out of town for a couple years. They found excellent tenants, seamlessly took care of a few maintenance issues, and when we moved back in the place was spotless. They also helped us resolve a utility issue. If you are a property owner, go with Action. Can't recommend enough.

One of the worst company. They even kept my damage deposit and now they are contacting me after 8 months of leaving an apartment that i owe them a money like $ 700 something for steam cleaning and changing light bulbs. Can you imagine $700 for steam cleaning? They rip you off. Please stay away from them...

This company will leave leaks in your roof to ruin your furniture. They left me a bucket and said keep it close by incase it leaks again LOL..... and wont even replace anything they ruined. Stay as far away from this place as possible..... plus I love the mold making my asthma worse. My sink Fossett has been completely rotted through my counter top for months now, they say it will be fixed as soon as possible but they never come. Avoid this company! LET ME ADD TO THIS, again please completely avoid this terrible place. My $1200 bed was destroyed by water damage from a leak in their building. And they will do nothing.

I'm not sure how this manager (who I will leave nameless), hasn't gotten her property management licence revoked with the crooked acts that have been implemented by her within this company. Note to readers, the Residential Tenancy Act states in Division 7, Subsection 37 (a) that you must leave the unit 'reasonably clean'. Action Property will keep your damage deposit if you don't leave your suite shiny clean because they are too cheap to clean the units themselves after a move out. Make sure to file an RTB-12-T (Tenant's Application For Dispute Resolution) and make sure to reference Division 7, Subsection (a) as described above. I'm not making this post because of the money, I just want to inform people about the act. If this has happened to me, I can only imagine how many people have gotten ripped off in the past and were not aware that they have been cheated.

do not rent from ft st john action proerty. poor quality and they also will discriminate and they hang up when they dont win. also over charge when moving for cleaning bill. building are old. nice at first can turn very ugle when they want. take my advise. not good .. rip offs also.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Worst rental company. We moved and have had many people trying to take over our lease. So we sent them all to action property. Theres curretly around 15 applications. All for the first of augest that they havnt even gave a veiwing for. We have people msging us asking when they will find out.... Action property has yet to get a tennent for our place and the audactiy to charge us another months rent even though we agreed they would take our pet deposit and damage deposit . and then we would be done our lease. They didnt hold up to there end and lied right to our faces after. Never rent from them , rather go homless then deal with them

I have been living in a house they manage for over a year, The owner of the house gave us the opportunity to buy it. Of course we took him up on the offer. After getting what we thought would be our full damage deposit back realized afterwards they only gave us half. I'll keep you updated on this.
