I approached Aaron after our property went through a lot of damage by the tenant and my then property management had given up on the tenant and was scared to approach the tenant. Aaron swiftly and diplomatically removed the tenant (in the first week) and then got it fixed up and rented it within a month. He is a pleasure to work with and since then (more than 4 years) he has been managing our family properties with no issues. The vacancy % is close to 0% and the rent we get is pretty good. Some of the owners (my family members) have not even seen their property in years and its rented with no issues. Aaron and his team has really made it possible for people like us, who dont live in Fort McMurray, to own rental properties with no issues. His open communication with each owner, expertise in dealing with tenants and upto date market knowledge makes him the best property management agent in Fort McMurray clearly!

Honestly, you will not find better property management in Fort Mcmurray. I know this because I've tried them all. As a landlord, the most important thing you need is responsiveness. They would actually answer your calls and reply your emails. This a lot to ask for in Fort Mcmurray. This company sends me the WHOLE rent right at the beginning of the month, and then they send me an invoice for their monthly fee (which by the way is the cheapest in town). I can then pay their fee myself at any time within 30 days. When PM's get way too many clients, then their service levels deteriorate rapidly. ARI has been kept at just the right size to maintain service quality. Feel free to read other comments here that have been written about their competitors and your decision should be easy.

I completely agree with all of the positive comments posted about Aaron and ARI Property Management. I have been a real estate investor since 2001, with mixed experiences self managing and in hiring various property managers. After back to back negative tenant experiences in Fort McMurray, I decided to hire Aaron. He had previously offered free advice on several occasions and there was no pressure to officially hire him. When I finally did, he effectively evicted my nightmare tenants and helped me get rid of the large furniture and garbage left behind, in order to keep my costs at a minimum. Even though he is very busy, he has effective systems in place and found good tenants in a reasonable amount of time. He keeps me informed with any concerns. With Tenant Pay I receive the full rent within a few days of the 1st. Most surprising and impressive is that his last priority is collecting money from me. He has very reasonable rates and after more than a year, I am still waiting for the first bank transfer from my bank account for his monthly fee!! Aaron is truly is one-of-a-kind property manager and I highly recommend his professional services.
