Meyer's management has managed my rental property in Fort McMurray for over 5 years. They provide stable, great tenants and fantastic service for absentee landlords. Tracy has her finger on the pulse of Fort Mac, and understands the hardship the lowtimes create for both tenants and landlords and balances those successfully. I absolutely recommend her team for both tenants, and landlords.

Worst living experience of my life. Refused to fix problems with my apartment, saying that they were not required to by law so they weren't going to bother(apparently a working door handle is not required). Had to deal with excessive noise from construction below me 7 days a week. I didn't have a single decent sleep the entire time I lived there. still waiting on my damage deposit as well, its been almost 3 weeks.

Say goodbye to your DD: no matter what you do and how clean is the condo, they will charge you for a cleaning company. 400$ to clean a one bedroom condo which was already clean. Sounds impressive when you move in, but if they make business by renting condos at an above standard of cleanliness, they should absorb the extra cost themselves. Not just grab money out of damage deposits, that is not what they are for.

Been with MMCG since 2016 and have had a great experience with them. They are responsive and very professional. Our concerns are dealt with in an efficient manner, and any emails are answered within 1-2 days max. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT rent from this management company! I paid $500 to clean a one bedroom including steam cleaning the carpet per their request ( a recommended cleaner) and then afterwards they took an extra ~$300 from my deposit for changing one lightbulb, and a door handle. Also, a very disorganized group to deal with.

If there were negative stars i'd choose the lowest. Last year, 2017 we signed a lease for a year with Tracy Myers for an apartment she "manages" for another owner, she says, downtown Fort McMurray. Six months later life intervened and we had to break the lease. We found a new renter who made his own deal with Ms. Myers in effect taking over the lease. We left the place spotless, she wasn't happy, we installed drapes to darken the bedrooms, she wouldn't offer a compromise... We were about to leave the country for Christmas while she was to return our down-payment cheque for $1800 to the forwarding address we left with her. "You'll have a little extra money when you return home", she said. It's almost April and we're still waiting for our money promised in December.

This company happily soaks its residents for condo fees but constantly gives the runaround if you actually need them to do something. They will tell you to call Bylaw (Bylaw actually had to call them to tell them to stop directing my complaint to them), keep a log, wait a week, and on it goes. There is nothing they won't say in order to escape actually having to be useful.

Do not use this agency. They take advantage of you. Very difficult to reason with. Over prices and over charge. I had to contact the Legal Real Estate board. The owner is basically a bully.
