This management is highly unprofessional and looking to charge money at every chance they get. I am getting a washer and dryer delivery in the apartment and just to get the other door open at the main entrance of the building, they want to charge $50. It's ridiculous. Do not rent where these people manage.

We were and still are dealing with Kathy, Overall non-professional and here’s a list of things: - it started when we were doing the pre move in inspection, she said that she will not be wearing a mask even though the whole country was required to wear one and if we had a problem with that, she would have to get someone else to do the inspection. We said we didn’t mind because they already delayed the inspection date once and we were eager to move in. During the inspection we would point out some wear and tear and she would give rude responses with rude body language. - She didn’t bother telling us that all of our Mail would be going to a community mailbox down the street and didn’t even bother giving us the key for it. About a month and a half later, having still not received a single letter in the Mailbox right next to our front door, we decided to contact the Canada post where they advised us where the Mail would go. Why didn’t they tell us that upon moving in? Or given us the key? There were other small situations where there was a clear lack of professionalism that even I wouldn’t do if I was working for a company
