Please don’t waste your time! We had hired 3%Realty for managing our rental property in FortMcMurray and the decision turned out to be a disaster! The team was not at all responsive to any kind of communication and didn’t provide professional service for the money they charge. Our last tenant left without paying their dues and 3% Realty Team showed no initiative to track him down to get more information. We had follow up for more than a year and till date we haven’t heard back from the 3% Team, not have we received our money. We never had such a terrible experience from any other rental management company before.

Do not sign a contract with this company. We listed with them, no meeting with the owners to discuss the highlights, data and details. Their website is a joke, you cant refine search. They pictures are childish - grass and the sky 60% the rest is the house - small and low quality and taken the worst time so it does not show the best of the property. No effort to re- take and upload better photos. Some photos distorted showing the island awkwardly small... (?); we asked to lower the price, price changed but no note as "Just reduced" that would catch the buyers eye ( when you are in an advertising business this is a fail ); but they wanted to reduce drastically 20 G bellow the appraised value to sell. How does that work for the seller? The worst: We told Kathy - yeah I am talking about your action now Kathy - that we want to end the contract ( as you are able to with both parties agreed ) she DENIES is on the phone with her whining voice and demands explanation!!!! Then she holds you hostage buy NOT agreeing to end the contract! She is RUDE on the phone cuts me off - Never notices it - then I cut her off in return she is crying a river. I had to end the call hung up - I can't deal with someone who is that unprofessional. we sent her the written notice we want to end the contract she does not even reply. Now, let's see what she has to say here. I highly recommend if you want to sell your property you go to some professional realtor in Fort McMurray.Yeah it is cheap if you are able to sell but if not this is what you get if you want to leave. She can't even talk to you straight, she will hold you hostage saying - " But you have a contract with me" ... You don't want this go with professionals.

I also did get assessments done by 3 other realtors all of them comparing my house to similar ones and all of them coming in well over $120000 more then what she said.. moral of the story do not waist your time.

Called because I wanted to list my town house. Brittany sent me a link on what other houses were selling for and i agreed that was fair. I had a bit more work to do on the house so i let her know id be ready to so a walk through about a week from the 7th of November. So we agreed she'd call on Sunday after her trip to Edmonton and touch base. Didn't get a call back, nothing! Its the 20th now and 14 days later no one has called. What a waste of time trying to list with these guys. I can only imagine them blowing off potential buyers in the same way.

I don’t know why you would consider using anyone else other than 3% Realty. We called other agencies who charge full commissions and offer all the same services as 3% Realty. Only difference is 3% Realty’s commission structure is 3% as opposed to 7% on the first hundred thousand and 3% on the remainder. So we still received full services and saved 4K. You can’t ask for a better deal then that. Oh and they sold our house in 18 days. Thanks Jaclyn for all your hard work in getting this home sold quickly.
