Handles all the property management and project management for our portfolio. I know they've had to deal with some very unsavory people in the process, but grateful they see the big picture. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that has rental property but don't want to deal with the ups and downs of people and their emotions. Great to have a professional to handle the demands of the day to day!

If you want a company willing to do the bare minimum and give you the least amount of effort, this is the company you’ve been looking for. Wether you hire them to work a bar tending gig and they steal from the hosts of the venue, or you hire them as “property management” and all they do is collect rent and deal with not a single issue or concern the tenants may have with the property itself. Just don’t expect quality when hiring this company, you get what you pay for.... crooks

Awful experience dealing with them as property management. They are unresponsive and when they do respond very rude. They try to get out of any little bit of work that may cause an inconvenience to them. On the extremely rare occasion you may get them to do the work they are paid to do, they cut as many corners as possible to get the job done quicker, not taking any type of pride in the work they leave behind. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone that likes to carry a high standard of professionalism as well as quality being insured.
