BEWARE! Mother passed away and we needed to sell her house....Very poor service all around. Realtor ended up representing both us (seller) and the buyer. Obviously biased toward the buyer. Offered very little communication and that was only after repeated attempts at contacting them. I'd ask her to call me and all she'd do 2 days later is send a short text message. Little to no help in navigating the few issues we had. When I confronted her and reminder her that "This is what we're paying you for, this is what you do." Her reply was, "I never said I know everything, you'll have to take care of this on your own." Convinced us to take less than the original offer because the house was smoked in. Even though this was clearly stated in the disclosure statement prior to the original offer (buyers were priority). Due to COVID we had to close virtually, never heard a single word from our realtor letting us know it was complete or god forbid thanked us as a customer. Hands down the most unprofessional realtor we'd ever worked with. I should have paid more attention to the recent reviews. Hopefully this will save someone from this same experience.

was not impressed with Island View Reality and showing my house. There were some confidential privacy issues. Professionalism with the realtor was very poor, what I saw what I’ve heard not very professional on who shows my house. I can back that accusation very well.I’m just disappointed in Island View Reality when Jordan had it it was professional courteous and he worked hard to try to sell the house. I just didn’t feel the professionalism with island view on some issues that were ignored.

When we made the decision to start looking for a larger home for our family of five we knew that we wouldn't settle for anything less then something we loved. Jordan Pearson assured us he would find the perfect home for us and sell the house we had called home for seven years prior quickly and he surely did just that. We are so thankful for his hard work searching for us. He even went as far as calling people who's homes were not listed! He knew before we even saw our new home that it would be the one for us. Amazing! We had many many people look at our home that we were selling and within a few short weeks we accepted an offer. He always was just a phone call away with ANY questions we had. Jake Piekarski helped so much with the sale of our home. He even went as far as to help move along the sale of the person who was buying our home. We are so thankful to Island View Realty for all the work they have done for us! Highly recommend!

Let me just say that Island View Realty is not who you want to use to buy or sell homes with. They are unprofessional in every imaginable way. Recently sold our mother's home after her passing and the experience was terrible. Complete lack of civil decency for the situation and completely unprofessional when it come to the representation. In this case, Pam represented both parties and basically turned her back on me and my brother. We, and by that I mean my brother, had to travel from the cities to Ifalls on countless occasions to gather documents and get them from one office to the other. This is the type of service you pay a realtor for. She was useless and could have cared less about us. I'm sure she got her commission check, but really wouldn't know because we didn't even get so much as a thank you for doing business. There are many choice words I could use to describe Pam Oveson but I will be respectful and simply say she is not worth your time or money...she is a taker.
