We actually met Casey in 2018, and he helped our young family buy our house back in our home town of Fort Erie, after living up north for a few years. He was extremely responsive and present; I can’t count how many houses we went through, how many “Pros and Cons lists” he helped us with in each house, and how many times he worked around my boyfriends shift work schedule so that he could be present in the walk throughs / meetings as well.. he always went above and beyond for us. The main thing I really appreciated about him, and why even once he and Marge set out on their own adventure, and opened Revel in Fort Erie, why we will still be dealing with him in the future when we decide to sell this house.. is his honesty, and his straight forwardness. He never was trying to just “sell us a house”, he was trying to sell us a home to raise our babies in, that he could see potential in, and what was a realistic, and smart choice financially for US as a young family.
I would recommend him to anyone wanting to not feel pressured (even when the market is hot!), if you respect honesty over always “hearing what you want to hear” (just so they can get the sale done), and if you want someone extremely knowledgeable on this location. He sold us our second home, our first experience in a different area with a realtor was mediocre.. Casey was not mediocre. We now know what an actual great realtor is.
(Also, we met Marge on one occasion back in 2018.. as we were mainly dealing with just Casey as our realtor.
It happened to be one day when we had our wild 2 year old son running around while we were trying to view a house. Marge let her inner kid come out, and occupied our son the whole time outside with a big bouncey ball while we got to view the property with Casey, and actually be able to be focused. I kept apologizing, and Marge was laughing saying how it felt like forever since her son was this size, and to take our time as she was having a blast.)
1) Talk about amazing “customer” service.
2) Feeling at ease and not being judged - as us parents know as soon as we need our little ones to be quiet or calm.. that ain’t happening!
3) Months later we happened to run into Marge in Ridgeway, she recognized my son and I, gave us a wave, and yelled hold on guys! She ran into the dollar tree, and came out with a big blue ball and gave it to our son.
And this is the icing on the cake as to why these guys get a 5 star rating from our family.
Cheers!
