Jamie helped me to purchase a house in Niagara Falls recently. The entire process was terribly fast, and basically overwhelming. He was extremely helpful in slowing things down for me and making it possible for me to understand what was going on. He negotiated very well on my behalf, and was instrumental in having the house inspected quickly, and completing the transaction to my benefit. I felt basically overwhelmed with what is currently a terribly fast activity. Jamie guided me through it successfully, and I appreciate his work tremendously. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, or to engage his services if I needed them again.

Jamie and the Guthrie team were a pleasure to work with. Jamie explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and took the time to meet in person for any conversation he felt needed extra attention or explanation. Entering into this experience in a COVID world was scary. It has forced us to change how we deal with each other on a day to day basis. However, Jamie took extra care throughout the process to adapt and work around every doubt we faced. Jamie was always available to answer our questions despite our not so practical timing some nights.
