Be careful with this agency. They do false advertising for their listings, meaning if the listing says that the house has some features please double check!

Re: John Howard Absent, little to no advertising. Advertising needed tremendous amount of direction. He doesn't listen. Their office does! Left other agents to do lion share of work. All viewings an Open Houses by other Agents! Open House - only locals for Sunday something to do.came in 4 months! House was priced. Would call and say he had a bevy of problems and have to cancel. At end of contract when it obviously was not being renewed.... he said he took it personal, always does, never had this happen before, he was upset etc. (what professional behaves this way?) I signed again feeling sad for him and the next day that was to be an Open House....he put no signs up, I called at 1:45 and he pulled a NO SHOW. I told him of my displeasure when I spoke to him. He called me and said he told his Big Brother, I was unhappy and he had no idea why!!!!!!! He decided to release ME from my contract. *****FORCED TO ASSIGN A STAR OR THIS SITE WOULD NOT POST MY REMARKS******

I've been using D.W. Howard Realty since moving to Ridgeway 10 yrs ago and Sally Howard has always been my "go to" Rep. when I needed to sell my homes. I've sold 3 homes with DW Howard in the past few yrs and have always rec'd the utmost professionalism service and knowledge of the markets at the time of selling. There's never a concern when dealing with Sally, and if you have a property to buy or sell I wouldn't hesitate to call Sally for the listing. Her reputation, and that of DW Howard speaks for itself!!

Buyer beware, false advertising on property details. When you buy a home you use many factors when coming up with a fare offer, a couple are sq footage and land size to do a market comparison. Both of this factors were not correct. A agent makes a lot of money when the listing sells and should be held accountable to accurately provide property details, they don't because they are not held accountable. It's up to you as a buyer, (who is ultimately paying the agent way too much money for their service) to validate everything. The lawyer who actually closes the deal, that spent the money and time on education is paid a fraction of what the agent is paid. I highly recommend using a com free type agency and spend your money on a good lawyer. You as a buyer or seller are not protected by unscrupulous agents, they are governed by the RealEstate board and RECO, both are useless.

Sally has been very accommodating whether driving us around to look at houses showing us and telling us about the neighbourhood as we are from out of town. Sally never pushed us to buy one house over another even if it was her listing, she always kept our wish list in mind and advised us professionally. Sally has made herself available to us anytime we wished to come to the house we bought, so that we could measure and have trade people there for work when we move in.
