I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Wilson for both the sale of my house and purchase of my new house. The house I was selling proved to be an extremely difficult ordeal. When I had purchased it, just a year earlier (using a different rep) I was referred to his home inspector who missed a huge glaring issue with the foundation that would require an expensive renovation. Of course this was discovered when I was trying to sell the house and the potential buyers home inspector brought this to our attention. Needless to say I lost that buyer I needed to sell due to personal reasons and it was very much time sensitive. Vanessa worked tirelessly day and night, booking viewings, working with different agents even went as far to have contractors come out to give their own estimates for repairs. She was able to find a buyer and fought diligently to ensure that I got a fair price and the house sold without any further problems. My girlfriend and I then had Vanessa show us some houses to purchase, she worked within our budget and introduced us to a great brokerage firm as well. She again was able to negotiate a fair price for us in a market that does not lend itself to such things. I would recommend Vanessa and Coldwell to anyone looking for hardworking, honest agents who always have their clients best interest at heart.
