Andrew Clift is such an amazing realtor; he goes above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. We were still living in Ontario when we started the process of purchasing our home in Newfoundland. Not being there to go look at the homes, Andrew went to all the homes we were interested in and did live video chats and even recorded videos to send to us so we would have them. He had driven all over the Avalon to show us the homes all while there were massive snowstorms that shut down the area at times. Do nothing about it and when you try to follow there lease and try to get someone to look at it they will try to evict you for bs reasons. Then lie to a judge and be petty in court as well.
