I had an amazing experience with this office. I had the pleasure of working with Irish who was prompt and helpful. She gave me all the right listings and when I picked a few we saw all within that day and within the same day I gave the offer to a lease that I loved. The next morning this offer was accepted. She made the whole experience comfortable and didn't waste any time and was helpful even after the lease was signed with my million questions. I also had the pleasure speaking to her assistant Maryann who also was prompt at answering all my questions and booked me their moving truck effortlessly Moving is stressful and I have worked with many companies that left many questions unanswered for a few days. I worked with Mark J to help sell my father's house after he passed. Mark was incredibly kind as he helped me navigate the real estate market while also being sensitive to the fact that the circumstances around this sale weren't positive. He went above and beyond while explaining his and The Johnson Team's mission and values, with an amazing bound book that included comparables, stats, and information about the team. He wrote up a letter regarding the house's value that I could provide to my lawyer for probate even before I had committed to selling the home with The Johnson Team. I started talking to Irish from The Johnson Team just before COVID, after delays and issues on our side, she was patient and stayed connected to make sure we were okay. When my husband had a job change that was perfect, but a 3 hour move for us, she was still able to help. When she was unable to do a showing with us, she made arrangements that worked for us. Irish walked us through every detail, from viewing, placing a bid, to inspection and handled the other realtor dealing with their clients who were far from easy. She asked questions that we hadn't thought of and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. She recommended a great broker for us also who was just as professional and responsive.
