In an industry where most real estate agents are sleazy, seedy, or just don't have their client's best interests in mind, Natalie stood out as a gem right away. Not only is she knowledgeable on the real estate market and various properties, but she has an amazing personality as well. She is easy to talk to and I never hesitated to voice any issues/concerns I had with her. My family found a house in Niagara on a whim and decided to contact the selling agent for a showing. Long story short, it became evident that this agent did not my have my family's best interests in mind despite us bringing up dual agency concerns. That's when Natalie stepped in to save the purchase. Despite the selling agent being as described above (sleazy, seedy, and not having anyone's best interest in mind but his own), Natalie was the bigger person and acted professionally and responsibly at all times. She went to bat for us - even when she the selling agent cut her commission because he showed us the property we were interested in first. I never once felt like I was being a bother to Natalie whenever I approached her with questions throughout the process. Once we found the home we wanted Amy got to work to help us make an offer. she worked tirelessly to make sure we made a competitive offer that was in our favour and she led a very sharp negotiation strategy. She was on top of her game and exceeded our expectations in closing the deal at a great price on our timelines with all of our conditions. Being from out of town we did not have a network of tradespeople to access quickly and Amy made it her personal mission to ensure we were connected to reliable people quickly. She found us an inspector and multiple contractors to do work for us. Amy took care of it all. The deal was signed and the rest of the work was technically in our lawyers hands but Amy checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and even checked on our new home regularly since we were out of province. Even after all was signed and we had moved in, Amy continued to extend personalized and relevant support. Her desire to serve her clientele at the highest level was apparent from day one through until well past the closing date. She is truly a diamond in a highly competitive and crowded space. This is not someone that is looking to close a few quick deals.
