Special thanks go to salesperson, Jason Buback, and Broker/Manager, Ines Nocera. Just a couple of months ago, the property was presented to the salesperson in dire need of repair and update – and without a budget. After extensive cleanup, staging, professional home inspection, compelling marketing (print and video) and persuasive listing, – all directed by Jason Buback –the property received a flurry of attention from far and wide. Witnessing the expert navigation of the long list of offers on offer night by Jason and Ines was awe-inspiring. Such insightful and sharp negotiation skills made the evening gripping and never to be forgotten for all who attended. The property represents a key lifetime investment for the owner, and downsizing solo is never easy (especially when you are well into retirement and must coordinate all the aspects of the sale from another city an hour and a half away). Sellers in similar predicaments harken! Thank you Manor Hill Realty for protecting Eileen's property rights and privacy during the crowded and popular open houses.
