I worked with Brit to buy my first home, and am so thankful someone recommended her! I am new to the GTA, so I needed extra help deciding on the best location for me to purchase. Brit really listened to all my needs and put in the time to recommend different areas and properties. I am an extremely indecisive person, so it definitely took work narrowing down the area that I was looking in. I looked at 20+ properties before making an offer, and she never put pressure on me, but would ask for my feedback so that she could use it to find a unit that fit all my wants and needs. I'd definitely recommend her - you will instantly know from meeting her that she cares about you as a client, and is very great at and passionate about her profession!

We recently bought a house in East York and feel SO happy about it. I'm outspoken and loud; my husband is prudent and patient. Brit somehow managed to work with both and made sure to understand what we valued in a house. She is knowledgeable, tactful, witty, and responsive! Having her as your realtor you've already have half the battle won. We spent almost a month, visiting properties almost daily (and brought along a 2 yr old- yikes!) exploring different options and made 3 offers. The 1st offer she knew it wasn't our house, she gave her honest opinion and still fought for us to get it with a counterpart that was rude, to say the least. We were the best offer, but sellers got greedy. The 2nd time around, she already knew it was going to go way over what we wanted to offer (300k to be exact) but STILL went through the process of putting the offer for us- talk about commitment! And the 3rd one, wow. Her negotiation skills are mind blowing. It really doesn't matter if she will be your realtor to buy or to sell- she's a smooth shark that remains calm, strategic, honest, centered and is able to seal a deal. She saved us money (yeap, under asking in East York when prices of houses were up 30% recovering from a pandemic) that we are now able to put towards some renovations that we want. We've found our long term home, but if one day we need to move, we know who to call.

My wife (Shirley) and I (Thao) contacted Brit back in September 2018 to help us look for a new home as well as selling our condo. She was great and very knowledgeable of the housing market. She was able to help us look for a home that met our requirements and budget perfectly. I am working in Concord and my wife works downtown Toronto and she was able to help us find a place that is a perfect compromise between those locations which we are very grateful for. She met our schedule on all occasions when it came to viewing homes or meeting up for any reason. We never felt that we had to rearrange our schedule to get things done in the process with Brit. She was very accommodating and really helped making the buying and selling process run smooth. The part that really stood out to us to show how accommodating she is and very willing to work around our schedule is that we signed the papers to "officially" purchase our home while we were on vacation! We were in L.A. visiting family and all the correspondence were done electronically. She understood the time difference and was always there to answer our questions regardless of the time. It was always about us and that's why we appreciate her time and effort she put into making our home buying go as smooth as it did. Our relationship with her did not end after we purchased our home, she contacted us to follow up to ensure everything went well during the closing portion of our home. We had some issues with our lawyer during the process and we reached out to her for help and she was able to help us out right away. We didn't even have to wait for the next day. We will most definitely contact Brit next time we are in the market for another home. We have been in our new home since March 2019 and we are loving it!
