The pair running these apartments are extremely dishonest and swindle people out of their damage deposits. They had people moved into my apartment when my lease was still current. Anyone that has rated these apartments 'five stars' are either fake profiles or people that the owner knows in Vancouver and rated the building in bad faith. These reviews have all been reported as a 'conflict of interest'.

I do like my apartment very much, however, the heat and A/C is not included in the rent as advertised when I moved in, they are both powered by electricity which the tenant is responsible for. We do not have a recycle bin in or near this environmentally building.and my walls are constantly cracking

Make yourself a favor and stay away from Estevan Rental Properties. They'll lie to you and steal your money. We were told on the phone that we do not need to clean the carpets because we only stayed for few months. (Plus our carpet was stinky on the day we moved in so I´m sure it wasn't cleaned after the previous tenant moved out!!!) However, when our damage deposit was refunded they had deducted 200 for carpet cleaning. Please don't lie to people!

This property agency will cheat you out of your damage deposit. They will bring in "their cleaning people" and charge you for ridiculous items such as taking apart air conditioning unit to clean, clean balcony and gutters, clean window screens, etc. I was a short-term tenant (3 months). I hired a professional cleaning service to clean apartment and carpets. I was told the apartment was "not cleaned to their satisfaction". For example, I was charged $40 to pull out the stove and clean under it. Their "professional cleaners" charge $30/hr. Over 1 hour to pull out a stove and clean under it, really?

Be careful with these people. They are known as "Estevan Rental Properties" and have cheated numerous good and honest residents of Estevan out of their damage deposits. We are currently compiling a list of a number of victims of Matt Dorlings (the owner/operator of Isabelle Apartments & Marissa Condos) of Estevan Rental Properties. Almost each victim who leaves Marissa surrenders part of their damage deposit due to dubious and falsely malicious claims by their manager- on behalf of Dorling's orders. If you were a victim of Dorling's or the so-called Estevan Rental Properties at Isabelle or Marissa Condos, please contact The Office Of Residential Tenancies in Regina. There is a list of victims which we are hoping, will eventually and inevitably, force their office to take action as we reveal the tactics of the deceptive management team. On top of the scamming, their apartment is sub standardly built. You can hear every foot step and periodic heat losses during the winter. Their initial manager was also constantly entered tenants apartments without knocking or providing notice, hence, why various women moved out and "Matt Dorlings of Vancouver" was forced to terminate him (very reluctantly). (P.S: the first 3 Google Reviews on this page are by Matt Dorlings- the owner, all fake.. be careful, this should scare you away itself).

Lived in Marissa Condos for approx 1.5 years (with a medium/large sized dog). Other than the carpet cleaning fee of 200$ that is outlined in the lease agreement, our damage deposit was returned in full without any issue. Never had any issues with the property managers. Matt was quite friendly as well as Jennifer who always had a treat ready for the pooch after our walks. When our washer stopped draining water, there was a repair man within the day to fix this. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in Estevan.
