Great Place to Live. Manager Cathie is very friendly and it feels like home. It is also located in a quite area and rent is very affordable for the new accomodations offered

Dishonest, unprofessional people and the condos aren't that nice at all. Very cheaply made, so you can get much nicer places in estevan for the same price or even less. These people run Estevan Rental Properties and own both Isabelle Apartments and Marisa Condos. You might want to check what Chad Cowen have said in his review for Marisa Condos before you decide to stay in either of these places.

Perfect for families properly made with perfect basics for a family or a couple! The quality is fantastic and is far from forest fires and safe and secure. We would love to live there, enough space with surrounding view. I recommend it to anyone. Barry Razavi

We had to quickly move to Estevan from BC. With the floods in BC and all but 1 road open, we had to sell all our furniture. Matt and Theresa were brilliant in setting us up with a furnished apartment, with internet, cable, etc. All we had to do was show up. Build is in a great location, near all the major shops. Matt and Theresa go out of their way to ensure we are comfortable. Best landlords I have ever had!
