Lea and his team helped me purchase my very first piece of property. As my plan was to hold this property as a rental property, I had a very specific idea of what I wanted to buy. Lea was diligent in making sure he understood what my goals were and the type of property I had in mind. Lea was able to use his expert understanding of the Victoria market in order to streamline the buying process, but I never felt rushed or pressured to buy something that wasn’t perfect for me. Our experience with Steve, Lea and the Victoria Real Estate team was fantastic. We were unfamiliar with the Victoria market and they took the time and showed the patience to give us a proper understanding of the pros and cons of every neighbourhood that was within our criteria. Over the course of a long search time (one year plus!) they booked any property we requested and gave us their true opinion on every prospective property. We were never pressured to buy and both Steve and Lea are extremely knowledgeable and can provide insight and advice with respect to trades, cost of renos and other things that you wouldn't necessarily pay attention to. Terrific service. These two guys really do real estate differently. We interviewed four or five different realtors and after a couple showings with Steve and Lea it was very clear there was something special about their approach. They have such a broad array of information that they provide and teach; from housing style, to windows, heating, financing, lawyers, brokers and the list goes on. They worked incredibly hard for us.
