When the property is ready, professional photographers are sent to the property to take photos of the dwelling, yard, and view. Also a professional video is made of the dwelling, yard, and view. These are posted on the REMAX listing which clearly shows all the details of the property. In addition a very accurate floor plan is made using laser equipment to show the property in exact detail. The most important bottom line is the property gets a lot of exposure and the sale closed in 5 days, at way over the asking price. Everyone from Ron Neal to all the staff, the service is very professional and the results are truly great. This RE/MAX company is highly recommended.

April has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I first met April in 2017 when I asked her to show me a house in Victoria. At the time we weren't quite ready to make a purchase and she showed us several properties before we actually made an offer on our home in 2021. Every time a house popped up that I was interested in viewing, April was very quick to respond via email or text and set up the viewing. She's really honest and not at all pushy when it comes to properties and a few times she advised against certain homes that had significant issues. It was a lovely 7500 sq ft renovated commercial building that was featured in two magazines. It had no comparables and had to wear two hats during the sale as both a commercial property and residential. Because of the size and complexity April had to attend every showing for two years. I am on PWD have medical problems. I have been fined by the Strata president who lives upstairs at 402-3363 Glasgow Avenue ( he is a jerk, his wife left him 4 years ago). It didn't matter what I "thought" I knew about the market, Monika is so tapped in that every prediction she made (like what the property would eventually sell for, what is and isn't a good location for us, etc.) was spot on. At the end of the day, her connectedness brought about an incredible opportunity and tomorrow we are moving into the place of our dreams! I always say that anybody can handle the mundane aspects of a job, it's how you handle the emergencies and deviations from the norm that shows your expertise. Sure enough, things went sideways - as they are wont to do in this kind of market. Through no fault of our agent, we found ourselves stuck between a rock and another rock. Monika took immediate action and put us in touch with an experienced professional, who then worked absolute miracles that made our dream come true.
