Don is a realtor that always goes above and beyond with all his clients.. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. Having worked with Don I have always been impressed with his professionalism. In a highly competitive market Don is the person i go to when I have any real estate questions as his knowledge and understanding of the market is second to none. The following are the things that I think Don St. Germain consistently exceeds at. 1. Expertise- I ask Don ALOT of questions as there are so many things at play when buying or selling a home that you need someone with the experience and knowledge to walk you through it all. Don always comes through with expertise that I can rely on. 2. Timely Communication – Don works with many different clients but I am amazed by how quickly he was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. 3. Care for his clients– this is where I really think Don goes above and beyond. Don makes sure that he attends all his clients Open Houses which can be very challenging in today's increasingly busy environment. Don's care with each of his clients is apparent and he puts them at ease guiding them through the whole process of buying or selling your home. 4. Don Gives Back- Don gives back up to 25% of his commission for every home he buys or sells to the non-profit of your choice. That is totally unique in this market and it is amazing how many charities can and will benefit.
