We recently sold our townhouse and bought a new family home with the help of Marko, acting as our full service realtor. He has gained a tonne of knowledge from having completed a large number of real estate transactions in the past and from actively following new developments across the city. A big difference I think between him and most realtors is his work ethic and that he actually pushes for self improvement. He is never in a rush for you to buy/sell your place and is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. Having built his own custom home, he also knows a lot about construction. He is quick to point out any major defects in a home and acts as a good resource for any structural concerns you may have. A great guy overall, highly recommended.

I have used different realtors over the years and Marko is the only one I now work with. I have used his services for four real estate transactions. One condo in downtown Victoria and three houses in the Victoria, Langford and Sidney areas. His laid back demeanour and thorough knowledge of the real estate business makes him great to work with. He has his clients best interests at heart and looks at all properties with a critical eye. He readily points out the pros and cons of each property and how it may fit with my lifestyle. He does not try to 'buy' a listing, meaning that he promises a potential seller far more than the property is worth, just to get the listing, only having to reduce the price after several weeks on the market. Marko knows the Victoria area Real Estate market like the back of his hand. He has all the tools of the trade on his lap top or cell phone, so if I have a questions about easements or other potential developments in the area, he has the info at his finger tips. I was interested in a property but thought that I had seen a redevelopment sign near the back of the property, but wasn't sure. Marko simply looked it up on his cell phone and confirmed that an acre of property to the back was going to be redeveloped, meaning if I had bought the property, I would be in for two years of noise, dust and heavy trucks in the area. Something my 90 year old mum wouldn't have appreciated. I passed on the property. I can say without reservation, that dealing with Marko is a seamless experience. He really cares about his clients, and has their best interest at heart. The fact that I get 'cash' back from Fair Realty is an added bonus. Even if Marko was a 'full' charge realtor, I would use him anyway. I have saved a lot of money using Fair Realty. Buying and selling property can be quite stressful. My wife and I first met Marko when we decided to move to the Victoria area back in the fall of 2016 when the market seemed so difficult to get into.
