His response time and communication was excellent, he gave me sound and solid advice on the situation at hand and seemed to always be a step ahead of the game. On a Sunday morning I received a message from Kyle stating that he was on his way to take videos and photos of the lot and area I was interested in, to ensure that I felt comfortable with the lot and that he would feel more comfortable if I had a better idea- I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't even ask him to do that- this is just one of many examples of how he has gone the extra mile. When I reached out to Kyle for assistance in finding a new home, I needed to find a house as quickly as possible and the housing market in the sault was absolutely on fire, so not a great time to buy! He was on it for me, showing me listings as soon as he found out about them, booked multiple viewings over just a couple days. Put in my offers and gave me the rejections of my offers in a timely fashion so we could move on to the next one! And when I was getting frustrated with the way the market was, bidding wars and rejections he was positive and reassured me we would find one! And we did.
