We recently purchased a cottage on a small island in the “Bay” through J. James Bousquet Realty Inc., Brokerage, more specifically from Chris Bousquet. We spent some time this summer looking for property/cottage and came across one of Chris’s listings; loved the area and were excited to have a look.
