As a first time home buyer you would think this experience would be daunting, but not in our case. As a wife, I know we can get a bad reputation of being "too picky" or having a vision that is "out of reach" or "not in the budget" because we want our white picket fence vision. But with Marc, he worked within our desired neighborhoods and was always willing to meet us last minute to put our minds at ease so we could see for ourselves and compare our finds to the reality of the current market. At the end of the day, if it wasn't for Marc being so on the ball, we would not be in our dream house today. On a day where we had 2 other showings, he made sure we were aware of one more that had literally come up that morning so we wouldn't miss out. We got in by a fraction of a hair and all because of his tireless effort until 11:30pm to have our deal finalized. The for sale sign never touched the front lawn.
