I've been house shopping for a while but I've never had a disgraceful experience like this. Teresa might be a good realtor for buyers, however, I would never list my house for sale with this agent. We found a house on realtor.ca that Teresa had listed, we called her to arrange a viewing but she said she would never show us (random strangers, her words) the house just because we don't have an agent, she said she has no responsibility to show the house and we have to work with a buyer agent to be able to see the house, imagine how simple you will loose a potential buyer if you list your house with her. This is our decision to house shop with no agent so why we should not be able to see houses just because of the personal idea of an agent? Teresa, just a friendly advice, if you want to stay in this market, you need to understand that with machine learning technology, websites and mobile applications enable buyers to do house shopping without any agents need. You may think differently but you cant push buyers to think like you. Not everyone need someone to represent them. Some buyers are comfortable make an offer by themselves and you should respect that.
