It's been a year and a half since we purchased our first home. When originally looking for a home, we realized we needed a realtor that was going to be available 24/7, for all the questions we had as first time home buyers, and she really was there every step of the way,. She also had contacts for every step of the way as well. We still pull up from time to time and are in awe that we actually own a home. If we ever have to buy or sell again, we will definitely be using her.

In Nov 2019, Jeneen sold my house for me during AB's downturn. Places were abundant for sale; unemployment was at its peak, and I had no choice but to sell during this time due to a job transfer. As daunting as the market was, Jeneen sold my house in less than 90 days and within my price bracket. After the sale, everything went off without a hitch. I honestly believe, had I not chosen such a great real estate agent who worked hard and followed through on her word, I'd have taken a considerable loss or not sold at all.
