Excellent team, great guidance, particularly the recommendation to have a pre-sale inspection. Having just completed major renovations I thought it was unnecessary but in the end it proved to be the smartest decision and it saved me much $$$ and surprises. They were available, professional, courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly call them for any real estate need! I give them 4 stars because I felt a little pressured to accept an offer which was lower than what I had anticipated. I refused 2 offers and finally got the price I wanted!!!
