Ben has been hard at work, helping me find a new place to live, in the middle of the Covid pandemic. This is no easy task, as the market is very dry at the moment. Regardless, I am constantly receiving updates on every property available, and despite these trying times, I’m actually faced with quite a wide range of choices. Also, my needs are quite particular (I am an entrepreneur with several vehicles, many tools, and am often covered in wood chips or sawdust), so I’m not exactly an ideal tenant. Ben takes the time to check up every few days, asking me if I’ve seen anything I liked, or if I needed to make any adjustments to my search.
