Eli is the most unprofessional and dishonest real estate agent I ever had the misfortune to deal with - on two separate occasions. On Both occasions I have offered well over full asking price with no conditions only to be told that the price is only "indicative" to get people to come visit the property but that if we would be interested in purchasing the property we would have to increase our offer by an additional 40,000$ to the price, despite the fact that they did not have any other offer. In 11 years of purchasing rental properties I have never encountered such dishonesty among real estate agents and a total lack of business ethics. This agent has the values of a used car salesman. I will be skipping all his listings from now on and I urge others to do the same….Total waste of time. There are many other honest and more than capable real estate agents in the bois-Franc and DDO sectors…. Eli and his crew will waste your time, both as a seller and as a buyer.
