I want to preface my review to say that I initially discovered Leah because I was interested in a house she was selling. I looked at her listing and was so impressed that we decided to have her list our place. That was the smartest move we made. She met us almost instantly, told us what we needed to do to have our place staged, and had the photos and videos done within a week. After that we had an open house over the course of two weeks and had over 60 people come through, which in turn we sold our place in just over a month. And buying our new place with her, was even easier. I cannot tell you how happy my wife and I are with Leah, and her team, and will only be using her in the future and will recommend her to all of our friends. I just had to write a review of Leah Bach and the service I received. This was my very first house purchase and Leah worked diligently to achieve my wish list. Although she also tempered my expectations by stating that in all likelihood I would not be able to find everything in my wish list at one property. This of course was understandable, but guess what? Leah managed to find a property with everything on my wish list; 1 bdrm, under 250k, close to shopping, near major thoroughfares, in suite laundry, pets allowed, low strata fees (under $250 monthly), top floor preferred, etc. Not only did I end up with a 1 bdrm and den on the top floor with a strata fee of just $210, but Leah also negotiated and I got the place for 15K below the asking price! How is that possible in this market? Anyway, I can't say enough about the incredible job, Leah did, absolutely amazing! Save your time, effort and money and hire Leah Bach as your realtor. Seriously, she is the best in the business!

We had to sell our home on a tight timeline and had our doubts we would get what we wanted in a somewhat depressed market thanks to the foreign home buyers tax. After interviewing a handful of real estate agents, we chose Leah. Leah was honest with assessment of our property and didn't try to blow smoke up our butts like some other agents. Leah demonstrated her integrity when we told her the agreed upon commission rate based on our relocation service. She told us it was more than what she would regularly charge and offered some extra services (home staging, cleaning) to help us sell our home. So just how great is Leah? Well, she sold our un-updated home over Christmas in a depressed market in less than a month for 97% asking. Our home was no gem either, but after the home staging, it looked amazing. After we sold our home, and she was technically "done" with us and had earned her commission, she has still been ever so helpful.
