This was a simultaneous transaction that involved 2 families, mortgage companies and Multiple attorneys not to mention moving companies and the other 100 things I’m forgetting to mention. They took better care of us than anyone else and were always there to consult and lend a shoulder as well as a hand. Though the inventory is lean right now Stephanie was able to provide us with several options. Once we chose a house she really went to work. The process that leads up to you getting the keys can be time consuming and stressful. Stephanie and Scott Booth helped use sell and buy a new home recently. They made the entire experience easier and pleasant. On the selling side - they spent time helping us understand the market and any nexessary improvements our home needed. In addion they helped stage our home. The pictures and video they took of our home were beyong excellent. Our home listed late on Thursday evening and by Saturaday morning we had multiple offers. The Booth team helped us understand the plus and minus points of each offer. Stephanie developed a spreadsheet that enabled us to easily compare and track the numerous offers. After we accepted an offer they facilitated any necessary communication with the purchasers. On the buying side they helped us identify houses that met our criteria, were available when necessary to show us homes. They helped us understand the differences in the houses we were looking at and provided valuable insight. When we were ready to make an offer the softwarew package used by their firm firm made processing all the documents easy and the Booth team was right there when we needed a question answered. In summary Scott and Stephanie were ethical, kind, informative, supportive and fun to work with. If we are ever crazy enough to do this again we will most certainly ask for there help.
