He returned to Germany for a second season and subsequently turned down offers to play further elite ball so that he could return to his home...Kelowna. Even though Dawson is a full time realtor he schedules time to give back to sport. Dawson helps Head Coach Evan Bailey of The Okanagan Athletics instruct youth and has also taken on some administrative duties of the club. His baseball has come full circle.
